Welcome to OneCall, an automated phone hotline service that connects callers with community-based first responder groups based on their location. By using our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Zero Liability: OneCall and its creators are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of this service. Use of OneCall is at your own risk.

  2. Emergency Calls: In case of an emergency, you must call 911 prior to using OneCall. OneCall is not intended to replace emergency services and we are not responsible for any delays or failure to provide emergency services.

  3. Accuracy of Information: OneCall provides information based on the data available to us. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided.

  4. Changes to Terms of Service: We reserve the right to change these terms of service at any time without notice. Your continued use of OneCall after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

  5. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless OneCall and its creators from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to OneCall; (ii) your violation of any term of these terms of service; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.

By using OneCall, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree with these terms, you are prohibited from using OneCall.
